I visited the Niseko Shuzo brewery in Kutchan-cho, Hokkaido, so I would like to introduce it.
Kutchan Town is right next to Niseko Town, which is famous for its ski resorts.
Niseko Town is not only for skiing, but there are also activities such as river rafting in the summer, so it’s fun.
Access to Niseko Shuzo Co., Ltd.
I will explain the location of Nisei Koshuzo and how to get there.

Introduction of Niseko Shuzo Co., Ltd.
This is a photo of the entrance.
As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a very kind old lady.
Japanese sake direct sales store
As soon as you enter from the entrance, there is a direct sales shop of Niseko shuzo.
The sake on the left side of the photo is for sale.
In addition to the sake that you usually see at sake specialty stores, there were also things that you had never seen before.
There was no refrigeration equipment, and “Nama sake” was not sold.
There is a sake brewery in the back of the sake barrel, but you cannot visit it.
What is “Nama Sake”
“Nama” is sake that is shipped with the yeast still alive, without pasteurization.
“Nama” sake is fresh and fruity.
However, if you do not store it in the refrigerator, it will deteriorate.
place to taste
There is a place where you can taste Japanese sake, and you can drink it for free.
There was a refrigerator here, and there was also “Nama sake” and Daiginjo”.
I had to drive, so I couldn’t drink.
product sales
They didn’t sell anything other than sake, but they did sell sake cups for 100 yen each.
まとめ
Thank you for reading until the end.
At this brewery, you can sample sake, and the staff was very kind.
When playing in Niseko Town or Kutchan Town, we recommend making this a destination as well.
